effect of oral presentation on development of l2 learners grammar
this experimental study has been conducted to test the effect of oral presentation on the development of l2 learners grammar. but this oral presentation is not merely a deductive instruction of grammatical points, in this presentation two hypotheses of krashen (input and low filter hypotheses), stevicks viewpoints on grammar explanation and correction and widdowsons opinion on limited use of l1...

We propose an organic field effect transistor (OFET)-based sensor design as a new and innovative platform for anion detection. OFETs could be fabricated on low-cost plastic film substrates using printing technologies, suggesting that OFETs can potentially be applied to practical supramolecular anion sensor devices in the near future.
متن کاملEffect of Coulomb scattering from trapped charges on the mobility in an organic field-effect transistor
We investigate the effect of Coulomb scattering from trapped charges on the mobility in the two-dimensional channel of an organic field-effect transistor. The number of trapped charges can be tuned by applying a prolonged gate bias. Surprisingly, after increasing the number of trapped charges to a level where strong Coulomb scattering is expected, the mobility has decreased only slightly. Simul...
متن کاملOrganic metal engineering for enhanced field-effect transistor performance.
A key device component in organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) is the organic semiconductor/metal interface since it has to ensure efficient charge injection. Traditionally, inorganic metals have been employed in these devices using conventional lithographic fabrication techniques. Metals with low or high work-functions have been selected depending on the type of semiconductor measured and,...
متن کاملOrganic Field-Effect Transistor: Device Physics, Materials, and Process
Organic field-effect transistors have received much attention in the area of low cost, large area, flexible, and printable electronic devices. Lots of efforts have been devoted to achieve comparable device performance with high charge carrier mobility and good air stability. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the fabrication costs, simple fabrication conditions such as the printing techniques have b...
